- Product availability. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.
- Pricing. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We use reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or refuse an order and refund any amounts paid.
- Taxes & duties. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout or upon import and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept by confirming the order (e.g., order confirmation email) or by shipping the product.
- Payment. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.
4. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
- Shipping. We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
- Tracking & issues. We will provide tracking where available. If a shipment is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in accordance with carrier policies.
5. Returns, refunds & exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Our return policy (if provided on the Site) explains how to initiate a return or exchange, the condition requirements (e.g., unworn, tags attached), and any applicable time frames or fees. If not otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Certain items (e.g., final sale, intimate apparel) may be non‑returnable unless defective.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Strongpair a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display and perform such content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in any media now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that its use will not infringe any rights of third parties or violate any law.
B. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
- Do not upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services, or circumvent any security or access control.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt or with our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual property; license
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, photos, product images, videos, and software, are owned by Strongpair or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the Shop rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a Shop, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use.
9. Feedback
If you provide comments, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you agree that we may use the Feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
10. Third‑party services & links
The Services may include links to third‑party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Mobile app terms
- Your app store provider (e.g., Apple, Google) is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for our app.
- You must comply with applicable app store terms. In the event of conflict, the app store terms may apply to the extent required.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.

- The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strongpair and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to Strongpair for the product or service at issue in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strongpair and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third‑party rights.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue. You agree that the courts located in Accra, Ghana will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any action not subject to arbitration.
Informal resolution; arbitration (optional). Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at strongpair9@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may elect to have the dispute finally resolved by confidential, binding arbitration seated in Accra under the rules of an established ADR body, to the extent permitted by law. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to the Services & Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services in whole or in part at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Strongpair regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, and governmental actions.
- Notices. We may send notices to you via email, SMS, in‑app messages, or by posting on the Site. You may send legal notices to the address in the Contact section.
