Orders & Modifications

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You can request a modification or cancellation of your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, we may already have begun processing or shipping your order, and changes might not be possible.

Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT). We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders within Ghana are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary by location and may take between 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Some items such as undergarments, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.
